Can I workout/Row after surgery?

I see this question WAY TOO OFTEN...and it isn't your fault.

Our healthcare system is failing us and scaring people into inactivity. I am here to tell you that your body can take way more than you think it can and, yes, please move, row, workout, whatever it is. Do so slowly and work your way into it, but our body wants movement. Also, if you had surgery, your body is "fixed". Just because it gets a little sore, doesn't necessarily mean it is hurting something. It just got cut into!
